17 inch Kent and Masters Original Cob GP MGX Black Adjustable

Description

Kent & Masters Original Cob GP MGX 17″ Adjustable Saddle – Black

Finding a sleek black general-purpose saddle for a broader horse with a lower wither profile can be a real challenge. The Kent & Masters Original Cob GP MGX is engineered specifically to tackle that issue. Built on a flatter S-Bar tree with slim-line wool panels, it sits close to the back without twisting, slipping, or sitting “perched” on rounder builds.

At Premium Saddle Shop, our workshop team hand-inspects every pre-owned saddle before listing. This 17″ Original Cob GP is in solid, sound condition and ready for everyday riding, schooling, hacking, and low-level jumping.

Designed for Cobs & Broader Builds

The Original Cob GP MGX provides a flat, stable platform for rounder, low-withered horses:

• Flatter Tree Profile: Mirrors flat toplines to eliminate rocking and maintain balance over the horse’s center of gravity.

• Wool-Flocked Slim Panels: Low-profile natural wool flocking brings your leg close to the horse while allowing your fitter to make fine adjustments as muscle shape evolves.

• S-Bar Adjustable Gullet System: Width can be changed from NM up to XXW in minutes, making seasonal weight shifts or training changes easy to accommodate.

• Movable Knee Blocks: Positionable Velcro blocks let you tailor leg support based on your hip angle and riding preference.

• Custom Girthing Options: Changeable girth points allow your fitter to adjust tension and keep the saddle anchored on rounder barrels.
