Description

Albion Fabrento Monoflap 17.5″ Adjustable Leather Dressage Saddle – Black

When precision, close-contact communication, and uninhibited seat balance are top priorities, the Albion Fabrento Monoflap Dressage Saddle stands in a class of its own. Handcrafted in Great Britain from supple calf leather, this premium saddle features a single-flap construction that eliminates excess bulk under your leg, giving you a seamless connection with your horse’s barrel.

Built on Albion’s famous Adjusta Tree with short rear panels designed to fit compact modern sport horses, the Fabrento combines a deeply supportive seat with fixed external knee blocks to anchor your leg without forcing your position. At Best Horse Saddle Shop, our workshop team hand-inspects every pre-owned saddle before listing. This 17.5″ Albion Fabrento is in Grade 4 condition—showing honest, moderate cosmetic wear on both flaps from regular riding, but remaining 100% structurally sound with a solid tree, supple calfskin, and plush wool-flocked panels. Stamped Medium but measuring closer to a Medium-Wide fit, it offers elite British performance at a fraction of full retail!

Precision Alignment & British Bench-Made Quality

The Albion Fabrento is built to optimize biomechanics for both horse and rider:

• Monoflap Connection: Single-flap layout removes material between your calf and the horse, translating subtle leg aids into immediate response.

• Deep Seat & Fixed Blocks: A deeply cushioned seat keeps your pelvis upright and secure, while contoured external knee blocks stabilize your thigh through extended gaits and lateral movements.

• Adjusta Tree Technology: Built on Albion’s changeable tree, allowing an authorized Albion fitter to alter the tree width to match your horse’s evolving topline.

• Short Wool-Flocked Panels: Specially shaped short rear panels prevent interference over the horse’s loin, making this model ideal for modern, short-backed sport horses. Traditional 100% natural wool flocking allows fine-tuning by your qualified fitter.
